Stacy founded The Law Office of Stacy J. Grossman in 2014, and since that time has offered clients the knowledge and expertise of a big-firm attorney plus the passion of an entrepreneur, developed over two decades as a lawyer and businesswoman.
Before establishing her firm, Stacy was Vice President and Associate General Counsel at News Corporation, where she provided counsel to the New York Post, HarperCollins, Amplify Education, News America Marketing, The Daily, BSkyB, Sky Italia and other businesses. Prior to joining News Corporation, she was a principal in the New York office of Fish & Richardson, focusing on intellectual property litigation and transactional matters.

Stacy received a BA in International Relations from Brown University, and a JD from Boston University School of Law. She's an active member of several professional organizations, including the International Trademark Association (current member of the Internet Committee), the Copyright Society, the New York City Bar Association and the International Association of Privacy Professionals. Stacy is also a Certified Information Privacy Professional (CIPP/US), and is on the Board of Women's Media Group. Stacy was included in the 2018 Edition of the World Trademark Review 1000. WTR is a directory that identifies leading trademark lawyers around the world.
Kelly joined the Law Office of Stacy J. Grossman in 2015, and since that time, has helped ensure that the firm's daily operations run smoothly. In her role as trademark paralegal, Kelly helps maintain the docket, works with foreign counsel on trademark renewals, sends trademark prosecution reporting notices, monitors the internet for content and merchandise that infringe clients' intellectual property, and issues DMCA take-down notices, among other things. Kelly graduated from Oklahoma City University with a degree in musical theater. Though she's not starring in a Broadway musical, she's a star at our office (which is just off Broadway)!
Linda joined the firm in early 2017, bringing with her nearly 20 years of intellectual property experience. Linda was previously associated with the firms Katten Muchin Rosenman and Arent Fox, where she advised clients in connection with trademark, copyright, internet and patent matters. She has extensive experience managing international trademark portfolios, prosecuting trademark applications, working on IP-related transactional matters, conducting patentability searches, and filing and prosecuting design patent applications. Linda graduated from Columbia University with a Bachelor of Science in mechanical engineering and from the Benjamin Cardozo School of Law. She is admitted to practice in New York and before the United States Patent and Trademark Office.
